Intensive Love is a trauma-informed Sex & Relationship Therapy practice located on Gadigal country (Inner-West Sydney, NSW).

Arlyn Owens is a Psychosexual Therapist & Educator, Gestalt Therapist, and Registered Nurse. Arlyn provides Counselling for Individuals, Couples, and Polycules, around topics of sexuality, intimacy & relationships. His special interests & areas of ongoing professional development include communication, shame & identity, kink/fetish & BDSM, consensual non-monogamy.

We heal & grow in the context of relationship - with yourself, others, community, culture, the environment & your body.
We develop throughout life via relationships. We learn how to live through our interpersonal and social experiences. Old patterns, contexts and scripts of relating, which may have once served you and your relationships, may not meet your needs in the present.
Often we may not have the self-awareness, confidence, knowledge or skill in communication to relate in a nourishing and meaningful way for all involved.
The Therapy relationship is one setting where you can experience relating differently, receive support, experiment with new ways of relating, and gain knowledge and skills to explore new possibilities in life & relationships.
